The Urban Barry Project
The Urban Barry Project consists of 20 contiguous mineral claims covering 1,127 hectares within the Urban Barry greenstone belt in Eeyou-Istchee Baie-James, Québec. The property sits within Gold Fields' broader Windfall claim group — the same greenstone belt that hosts the Windfall gold deposit and the past-producing Barry mine — with year-round helicopter access and forestry-road access from Lebel-sur-Quévillon and Chapais.
Historical exploration on the property dates to the 1990s and includes soil, geophysical, and a 2016–17 diamond drill program that returned gold and zinc intercepts in structurally-controlled veining. In September 2025, New Aurora Metals completed an eight-line induced polarization survey to refine drill targets ahead of the property's first company-led drill program. Urban Barry is an early-stage exploration property with no mineral resources or reserves currently defined, as set out in the project's NI 43-101 technical report.
